The Women’s Email Signature Powered by Verizon (“Plugin”) enables you to add a dynamic signature celebrating Women’s History Month and/or other commemorative events to e-mail messages you send via Google Gmail and/or Microsoft Outlook. Before using the Plugin, carefully read this Terms of Use (“Agreement”), which is a legal agreement between you and Verizon Wireless on behalf of itself and its affiliates (“Verizon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and sets forth the terms and conditions under which you agree to use and we agree to provide the Plugin. By using the Plugin, you accept this Agreement, which may be modified by us from time to time. If you do not agree to this Agreement, then do not use the Plugin.

Customer Agreement. Use of the Plugin by Verizon Wireless subscribers is also subject to all of the terms in our Customer Agreement, which subscribers agreed to when they signed up to be our Subscriber for wireless service. You are responsible for determining how that or any other agreements or restrictions, including but not limited to those relating to Google Gmail or Microsoft Outlook, apply to your use of the Plugin.

Privacy. Accepting this Agreement means that you also agree to the Verizon’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.verizon.com/about/privacy, which may be updated from time to time and describes the information we collect, how that information may be used and shared, and the choices you have about certain uses of information. If you do not want us to continue collecting this information, please delete the Plugin from your device.

Eligibility and Limitations. The Plugin is only intended for use as a plugin to Google Gmail and/or Microsoft Outlook in the United States. Verizon neither owns or operates Google Gmail and/or Microsoft Outlook, and all rights and legal conditions relating to those products are the responsibility of their respective owners. The Plugin may not work on all devices, operating systems, or networks.

Charges. The Plugin is provided free of charge, but data charges may apply when you download and use the Plugin over cellular data. You are responsible for all wireless data or service charges in connection with the downloading and use of the Plugin.

Ownership, Licenses, and Restrictions. The Plugin and the content contained therein are the property of Verizon or its licensors. The Plugin and all content, materials, and software incorporated therein are protected by copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property laws and proprietary rights. You are granted a limited personal, noncommercial, nonexclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicenseable, and revocable license to download, install and/or use the object code version of the Plugin on your device for its intended use. You may not sell, resell, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, record, sublicense, loan, lease, otherwise transfer, alter, modify, merge, adapt, copy, translate, publish, export, create derivative works of, make any commercial use of, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive the source code, disassemble the Plugin or any software that is part of the Plugin, attempt to disable or circumvent any digital rights management mechanism or other content protection measures, or otherwise use and exploit any part of the Plugin except as provided in the above license. All rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved. We may revoke this license at any time without notice.

Certain Plugin software or technical information may be licensed from third parties, and may be covered by one or more U.S. Patents, pending U.S. patent applications, and pending counterpart European and international patents.

Branding. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of any brand in the Plugin are the property of Verizon or the respective brand owner. Neither Verizon nor the other brand owners grants any branding rights to you, and you may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices of the Plugin.

Right to Discontinue Plugin. We may limit, suspend, terminate, or discontinue the Plugin or any of its features or content, at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Terms and Termination. This Agreement will become effective with respect to the Plugin on the date you first download, install and/or use such Plugin, and it will remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing this Plugin from your wireless device. This Agreement also will terminate immediately, without notice, if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to immediately remove this Plugin from your wireless device.

Disclaimer of Warranties. THE PLUGIN AND ANY INCLUDED SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’, WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND BY EITHER VERIZON OR ITS LICENSORS. VERIZON AND ITS LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, COMPLETENESS, USEFULNESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, INTEROPERABILITY, OR THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, VIRUS FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR DEVICE, OR THAT THE PLUGIN WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS AT ALL OR THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PERFORM ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES IN THE PLUGIN. FURTHER, NEITHER VERIZON NOR ITS LICENSORS MAKE ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE FUNCTIONALITY OF GOOGLE GMAIL OR MICROSOFT OUTLOOK OR ANY OTHER THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE NOT OWNED OR OPERATED BY VERIZON THROUGH WHICH THE PLUGIN OR ITS SIGNATURES MAY BE USED OR VIEWED.

Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL VERIZON WIRELESS AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, DIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR STATUTORY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DOWNLOAD, INSTALLATION AND/OR USE OF THIS PLUGIN, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST DATA, REVENUES, BUSINESS OR PROFITS, EVEN IF VERIZON WIRELESS AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL VERIZON WIRELESS' AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS’ OR LICENSORS’ LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM REGARDING THIS PLUGIN, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED THE CHARGES PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO OBTAIN THE PLUGIN. VERIZON'S AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS ARE EXCLUDED FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER INCLUDING THE SALE, DISTRIUBTION USE, OR THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THE PLUGIN. Export Compliance. The Plugin may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not a citizen of an embargoed or sanctioned country nor are you a prohibited or restricted end user under applicable U.S. export laws, regulations and lists. You will not use, export or allow a third party to use or export the Plugin in any manner that would violate applicable law, including, but not limited to, applicable export control laws and regulations. You further agree to comply with U.S. export laws concerning the transmission of technical data and other regulated materials via the Plugin.

Safety. Please do not endanger yourself and others by using the Plugin while driving or engaging in any other activity that requires your full attention.
